Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim tries to ease pressure on striker Rasmus Hojlund. Telling him to play natural, reduce tension and everything will come naturally.

“He was the one who scored the equaliser in the last game and you can see. That every game he’s very concerned about whether he can score, and he’s been working really hard all along.” Amorim said at a press conference ahead of the first leg of their Europa League semi-final against Athletic Bilbao on May 1. 

“I’ve said before about some of the goals we’ve scored. Especially in this competition, Højlund is a key player for us, even if we don’t score, he’s always there to open up spaces.” 

“I guess I’ll just expect the same thing.”

“He still needs to work hard for the team but I think Rasmus is in a good moment, in a good mood and will have a good game on Thursday.” 

The 22 -year- old has nine goals and two assists in 46 games in all competitions this season. With over 50% of his goals coming in the Europa League.
